London based Inspire Creative Workshop has roots in 2011 with the strong belief that creativity changes people in their best self which can make the world a better place. We work with you through corporate workshops, both in-person or online, to endow you with tools to grow your creativity so that you can enjoy the many benefits it can bring such as becoming better at catching opportunities and solving problems. Our passionate, multi channels and welcoming approach gives you all the theoretical insights and practical techniques to gradually help you to reveal and grow your creative self and blossom.

Our Philosophy
Many are under the mistaken impression that only a few rare people are creative, such as fine art artists, designers or musicians. The truth is that everyone was born creative and thrived creatively until early childhood. For most people creativity gets slowly inhibited from childhood to adulthood as society imposes rules and does not really encourage creativity. We at Inspire Creative Workshop are convinced that your creativity is still there and can be restored with some practice and the right mindset. Think about creativity like a plant that needs water, light and good care to grow and thrive.

Typical program of our workshops and our unique approach

Enriched of many years of research and selecting the best ideas from our workshops experience we have crafted a program of several creative workshops that offer a comprehensive training on creativity. We have designed ready off-the-shelves creative workshops that can be customized to your need. Our workshops aim at sparkling an individual thought process about creativity which will be developed with targeted practices. In practice our workshops

include the same recurring pillars: (i) an on-going discussion with the participants who will be fully engaged and actively interacting, (ii) some theoretical insights about creativity (each workshop focuses on a particular aspect), (iii) some mindfulness and relaxation insights with a meditation session, (iv) to kick-start the creative flow some short fun creative games and fine art or craft activities in small groups in which all participants will actively take part individually or as a group, (v) some art theory insights relating to the main fine art or craft activity, (vi) the main fine art activity which will accommodate all levels including absolute beginners (the focus is not on finishing a piece but on learning/experimenting some new techniques that the participants will be able to use on their own later), (vi) workshop debrief, group sharing of ideas and proposed activities to further the experience.

In fact creativity exists in all part of our lives and in all domains not only in the fine art, music and design. However research demonstrated that manual craft and fine art activities are a very unique and powerful practices to well being and creative development.

Inspire Creative Workshop team includes experienced coaches who bring theoretical and practical experience to the services we provide. All of our coaches share our commitment to offering a comprehensive approach to creativity building with an emphasis on building a favorable mindful state of mind and regular practice.

Our participants come from institutions of all sizes including leading global organizations such as:
